Frances Bean Cobain had an unwelcome visitor this weekend. The Los Angeles Police Department confirms that an intruder was found at the L.A. home of the celebuspawn of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain, and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of burglary this morning.

Luckily, Cobain was not home when the mystery man decided to enter her personal space. A family member returned to Cobain's house to find the man, who claimed he knew Frances, there, police say.

Frances confirmed with police that she did not know who he was.

Here are more stars who've attracted unwelcome attention

So what was he doing at her place? According to police, the intruder was using her washer and dryer and eating her food.

Courtney Love’s interest in Kurt Cobain fades as she reportedly loses control of his image rights

    By Courtney Garcia, msnbc.com contributor

One of Courtney Love’s primary bartering points in Nirvana-related debacles may be gone, as she has reportedly lost control over late husband Kurt Cobain’s image rights.

According to The Fix, Love’s 19-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, has obtained control over the publicity rights for Kurt’s name, likeness and appearance, an arrangement that may have resulted from Love’s ongoing financial woes.

Documents acquired by The Fix show that "Love agreed to step down as acting manager of End of Music LLC — the business entity responsible for generating cash from Cobain’s publicity rights — once she’d received a $2.75 million loan from Frances’ trust fund in 2010." Frances also has the final word in business agreements, though Love remains a company member.

The loan was transferred to Love in December of that year, and, until she pays it back, Frances and her advisers are in charge of the considerably valuable assets. Jonathan Faber, a lawyer who once represented Kurt’s estate, told The Fix, “Publicity rights are potentially worth a fortune…They amount to the intellectual property rights."

The Hole singer hasn’t shied away from asserting her influence over the entitlement either. In 2009, she threatened to sue Activision for their depiction of Kurt in Guitar Hero 5, which Love found to be "vile."

"We are going to sue the s*** out of Activision," Love told U.K.’s The Guardian. "‘We' being the Trust, the Estate, the LLC, the various LLCs, Cobain Enterprises … For the record, this Guitar Hero s*** is breach of contract on a bully’s part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction."

This was before she and Frances had it out, however, and Love was pushed to the periphery. Frances filed a restraining order against her mother in 2009, citing that Love killed her cat and was ceaselessly using drugs, often falling "asleep in her bed while she is smoking." Love lost custody of Frances that year, and the 17-year-old moved in with her grandmother. In 2010, Love was removed from Frances’ trust fund, though reportedly arbitration continues over a stash of Kurt’s belonging, including paintings, musical equipment and pajamas, which, as it stands, Frances owns a 40 percent share of and Courtney has around 60 percent.

Sentimentality doesn’t seem to matter much to Love though, as The Fix reported in February that the singer was planning to auction the estate for as much $100 million. She previously sold off a large stake in the Nirvana frontman’s music publishing, signing away 25 percent of the work for a reported $50 million in 2006.

And where more gripping legal matters end, Love and her daughter have extended their feud through Twitter. After Love tweeted accusations that Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl was “hitting on” Frances in April, also commenting he was “sexually obsessed with Kurt,” Frances responded by saying, "Twitter should ban my mother."

She additionally told E! News, "While I'm generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn. I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I'm in a monogamous relationship and very happy."

Appropriately, Love responded via Twitter. "Bean, sorry I believed the gossip.. Mommy loves you."

Frances Bean Cobain: 'Twitter should ban my mother'

Courtney Love sure seems to want everyone to ache like she aches.

Unlike most of her missives, her latest Twitter rant -- this one claiming that Dave Grohl hit on her teenage daughter -- has not gone ignored by Frances Bean Cobain, the alleged object of the Foo Fighter's affection.

Let's just say, Kurt Cobain's kid didn't say "nevermind."

"While I'm generally silent on the affairs of my biological mother, her recent tirade has taken a gross turn," Frances said in a statement to E! News. "I have never been approached by Dave Grohl in more than a platonic way. I'm in a monogamous relationship and very happy.

    "Twitter should ban my mother."

As of press time, that hadn't happened.

But Grohl, too, had swatted away Love's tweets, including the comment, "I'm not mad at [Frances], him I am about to shoot, dead."

"Unfortunately Courtney is on another hateful Twitter rant," Grohl said in a statement. "These new accusations are upsetting, offensive and absolutely untrue."

Love tweeted last night from her locked-and-private Twitter account, @Cbabymichelle, that she heard Grohl "had his hands all over" her daughter and was "OBSESSED" with his late bandmate's family. (Gawker posted screengrabs of the NSFW rant.)

Frances Bean, meanwhile, is dating -- and quite possibly engaged to -- The Rambles frontman Isaiah Silva.

Love lost custody of Frances when her daughter was 17 and the teen moved in with her paternal grandmother.

Courtney Love: Dave Grohl hit on my teen daughter, is 'sexually obsessed' with Kurt

Courtney Love has accused Dave Grohl of attempting to seduce her 19-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, Gawker reports. The Hole singer made the accusations on her private Twitter account last night, claiming that her estranged daughter's roommate informed her that the Foo Fighters frontman "hit on Frances." Grohl is, of course, the former bandmate of Frances' father, Kurt Cobain, and has known her since she was an infant.

In a series of subsequent tweets, Love threatened Grohl and speculated on his "pathology," noting that Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins resembles Cobain and is in the "submissive drummer position" in the band, and that he named his daughter Violet, which happens to be the name of one of Love's biggest hits. She later declared that Grohl is "sexually obsessed" with Kurt, relaying information from a driver who claimed that Grohl had "his hands all over" Frances in his car.

This is hardly the first time Love has attacked Grohl in public. Back in November, the singer launched into a tirade against him at a festival in Brazil prompted by her outrage at a fan carrying a poster of Cobain in the audience.

Love's private Twitter account, @cbabymichelle, is locked from the public, but Gawker has posted a screen capture collecting all of her tweets from last night.
