• Hugh Hefner claims he's slept with 'over a thousand' women

    Everyone comes with baggage from past relationships, but Hugh Hefner's romantic history is a little -- OK, a lot -- more crowded than others'. In a new interview with Esquire magazine, the 86-year-old Playboy founder confesses to sleeping with many, many women over the years. Too many to count, in fact.

    "How could I possibly know? Over a thousand, I'm sure," the mogul says of the number of ladies he's taken to bed. "There were chunks of my life when I was married, and when I was married I never cheated. But I made up for it when I wasn't married. You have to keep your hand in."

    Hefner's hand is out of the game now, thanks to the magazine publisher's relationship with wife Crystal Harris. Speaking about his 26-year-old bride, whom he wed in December, the multi-millionaire gushes that he's a happy, committed, one-woman man.

    "All our friends think it's made in heaven," he tells Esquire of his third marriage. (Hef was wed twice before, to Mildred Williams from 1949 to 1959, and to Kimberley Conrad from 1989 to 2010.) "It's only people who don't know us, who simply see us as stereotypes in terms of age and beauty."

    "I just feel very, very fortunate to have found her at this stage in my life. I saved the best till last," he says of the model.

    Later, musing about his plans for the future, he adds: "I want the rest of my life to be very much like it is now. I want it to be like this."

    Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris are on their way to happily ever after! The Playboy founder, 86, and his model girlfriend, 26, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on New Year's Eve at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, a mansion source tells Us Weekly. 

    Originally announcing her engagement to Hefner in December 2010, Harris called off her first wedding in June 2011 just days before the ceremony.

    One year later, Harris confirmed via Twitter that she had reconciled with her ex. The couple cemented their plans to walk down the aisle once more in early December when they obtained a marriage license in Beverly Hills and Harris proudly debuted her new engagement ring. (She auctioned off her first ring -- worth an estimated $90,000! -- at NYC auction house Christie's in October 2011.)

    Taking special care to keep her second ceremony private, Harris -- who recently opened her own lingerie store, Femme Fatale, in Studio City, Calif. -- says her renewed bond with Hefner is solid.

    "When the wedding didn't work out the first time, it was because of me. I needed to explore out there and take the time away [from Hef and the Mansion]. The time away really helped make me realize that where I'm meant to be is here with Hef," Harris tells Us Weekly. "Our relationship is better than it ever has been before. I'm very happy and Hef's very happy and we're excited."

    Former "Girls Next Door" star Harris is the Playboy mogul's third wife. He married Mildred Williams in 1949 and the couple had two children together -- Christie and David -- before calling it quits in 1959. Hefner married Kimberley Conrad, the mother of his sons Marston and Cooper, in 1989 and filed for divorce in 2009 after an 11 year separation. Previous girlfriends of Hefner's include Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson, Bridget Marquardt and Brande Roderick.

    Crystal Harris tweeted Monday that she and Hugh Hefner are tying the knot New Year's Eve.

    LOS ANGELES -- The runaway bride who left Playboy founder Hugh Hefner out in the cold days before their planned wedding in 2011 said on Monday that she is finally ready to tie the knot with the octogenarian publisher on New Year's Eve. 

    "Today is the day I become Mrs. Hugh Hefner," Crystal Harris, 26, wrote on Twitter on Monday after changing her name to "Crystal Hefner" on the micro-blogging site. "Feeling very happy, lucky, and blessed." 

    Hefner, 86, and Harris reunited earlier this year after the blonde Playmate jettisoned the adult entertainment mogul in what was called a "change of heart" five days before a lavish June 2011 wedding before 300 guests.

    Harris hinted at a low-key ceremony this time around, tweeting a picture of a room at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles flush with an arch of white and pink flowers, and two dozen white chairs aligned for the ceremony. 

    Hefner himself was silent on Twitter and the exact timing of Monday's wedding ceremony was not known.

    Harris, who earned a psychology degree, was Playboy magazine's Miss December 2009 and appeared on the July 2011 cover of the adult magazine with a "runaway bride" sticker covering her bottom half. 

    The San Diego native born to British parents said she asked for Christmas ornaments at her pre-Christmas bridal shower to help decorate Hefner's famed mansion. 

    "I was deciding what kind of shower I wanted, and I thought I didn't really want a lingerie shower, since I have more than enough lingerie," Harris told Us Weekly magazine of the shower. 


    Hefner, founder of the Playboy adult entertainment empire, has been married twice before. He and his second wife Kimberley Conrad, also a former Playmate, divorced in 2010 after a lengthy separation. His first marriage to Mildred Williams ended in divorce in 1959. He has two children from each marriage.

    The Hef's son could be headed for the slammer.

    Marston Hefner, the 21-year-old son of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, was charged with one count of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant as well as one count of vandalism, TMZ reports.

    Now facing over a year in jail, Marston was arrested in mid-February for allegedly attacking his girlfriend, 2011 Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclair, inside their Pasadena, Calif. apartment. The scion was also charged with vandalism, as he allegedly damaged his model girlfriend's laptop during the brawl, in which he reportedly punched her and kicked her in the stomach. If found guilty on both charges, he faces one and a half years in prison.

    Marston and Sinclair, 20, had been dating on-and-off since August 2010. He was released on $20,000 bail Feb. 13. Hugh Hefner, 85, has four children overall. Marston is his eldest with second wife Kimberley Conrad.

    Marston Hefner, the 21-year-old son of Playboy don Hugh Hefner, was arrested in a Los Angeles suburb Sunday night for allegedly assaulting Playmate Claire Sinclair.

    Authorities confirm to E! News that shortly before 11 p.m., cops were called to the couple's Pasadena home after receiving a domestic-violence call. Sinclair suffered minor injuries, according to police, and Hefner was taken into custody without incident.

    Hefner was charged with battery on a spouse and released a few hours later after posting a $20,000 bail. (Hefner and Sinclair were not married but under state law a "spouse" can be considered a cohabitant.)

    No court date has been set yet.

    Sunday night, shortly before the incident, Sinclair retweeted a photo of her attending a Grammy-themed fundraiser at the Playboy Mansion with Hugh Hefner and several other Playmates.

    In it, she wrote: "Had so much fun with you guys xoxoRT @hughhefner."

    The younger Hefner was not in the photo.

    Sinclair admitted last year that's she's had a "tumultuous" relationship with Marston.

    Marston is Hugh Hefner's third child, and his mother is 1988 Playmate of the Year Kimberley Conrad.

    In 2008, he spoke to GQ about growing up next door to the Playboy Mansion, telling the magazine, "Well, as a 15-year-old kid, seeing naked people occasionally, that's -- it's just the lifestyle of growing up as Hugh Hefner's son, in his shadow. It's not a boo-hoo sob story. But it's not the same as every other kid."
