    By Shimon Prokupecz, NBCNewYork.com

A 47-year-old woman has been arrested and charged with stalking actor Hugh Jackman.

Actor Hugh Jackman arrives for the premiere of "Les Miserables" during the Berlin International Film Festival on Feb. 9.

According to police sources, Kathleen Thurston approached Jackman outside a gym in the West Village Saturday, pulled out an electric razor and said to the actor "we should be married."

Jackman told Thurston not to touch him and went inside the gym. Thurston tried to follow him inside, but was stopped by staff at the gym, sources said. Thurston then dropped the razor and ran off. She was arrested several blocks away.

    More news from NBCNewYork.com

Jackman told police he had seen Thurston outside his daughter's school and again outside his home on Perry Street on Friday.

Source say Thurston appears to have serious psychological issues. Her last known address was a homeless shelter.

Russell Crowe bursts into song in 'Les Mis' trailer

By Gael Fashingbauer Cooper, NBC News

Russell Crowe's been active in music as well as acting for years, but now the new international trailer for the upcoming "Les Miserables" film lets fans check out Crowe's song-belting talents for themselves.

    Universal Pictures

    Russell Crowe in "Les Miserables."

The two-and-a-half minute trailer also features Anne Hathaway, Hugh Jackman, and Amanda Seyfried, who all star in the film along with Crowe. Jackman plays Jean Valjean, the Frenchman jailed for years for stealing bread for his starving family, and Crowe plays police Inspector Javert, who makes it his life's pursuit to track Valjean down.

In the trailer, Crowe, Jackman, Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne and Samantha Banks are all seen singing snippets of the cast song "One Day More," while Hathaway sings a bit of "I Dreamed a Dream." (Sorry "Seinfeld" fans, no George Costanza singing "Master of the House.")

"Les Miserables" hits theaters Dec. 25.

    By Brandi Fowler, E! Online

It was only a matter of time before Hugh Jackman got in on the "Gangnam Style" action.

Following the likes of Britney Spears and Ellen, South Korean pop superstar Psy gave the actor a lesson on how to do the famous jig when he visited the "Wolverine" set Monday.

And Jackman even brought out his blades for the occasion.

So vein! Check out shirtless Hugh Jackman

    By Courtney Hazlett, TODAY

Those claws might be a prop, but the movie magic stops there. When we first saw the recently released promotional shot of Hugh Jackman as "The Wolverine," we wondered if the image of Jackman with veiny, rippling muscles and diamond-cut abs might be a result of a CGI-enhanced workout.

Hugh Jackman seen on the beach in Australia, left, and in a promotional image for his new movie, "The Wolverine."

But based on a candid shot of Jackman at the beach, we're sold. What you see in the "Wolverine" poster is all Hugh Jackman.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Jackman, 43, was asked to gain 25 pounds of muscle for the film. He contacted Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who told him to gain a pound a week by by eating 6,000 calories daily, focusing on chicken, steak and brown rice. It's not a diet for everyone, but it seems to have worked.

In 2011, Jackman confessed that his wife is "always upset with me if I'm in really good shape," joking he shouldn't outshine her.

"The Wolverine" is scheduled for a July 2013 release. It will be the sixth "X Men" film and a sequel to 2009's "X-Men Origins: Wolverine," also starring Jackman.

ScarJo outbid for Jackman's sweaty shirt

Scarlett Johansson went home from Hugh Jackman's concert shirtless. Er, not that way.

By Gael Fashingbauer Cooper, NBC News

Maybe Scarlett Johansson was in need of a last-minute holiday gift. But if someone on her list was longing for a sweat-drenched Hugh Jackman sweatshirt, they're going to be disappointed.

According to a much-too-short and hilarious item in the New York Post, Johansson attended "Hugh Jackman Back on Broadway” Tuesday night. In the concert series, which runs through Jan. 1 at the Broadhurst Theatre in New York, Jackman is joined by an 18-piece orchestra as he sings and tells stories.

According to the article, Johansson and Uma Thurman were both there Tuesday, and at the end of the show, Jackman auctioned off his sweaty undershirt for charity. ScarJo ran onto the stage, the Post reports, and bid $3000, but lost out.

The shirt was finally sold for a mind-boggling $30,000, and we feel the Post really fell down on its journalistic duties by not reporting who bought it and what their plans are for the grimy treasure.
