Jonas Brothers concertgoer sues, claiming she was crushed by the crowd

One Jonas Brothers concertgoer apparently found herself pushin' lots of people away. The fraternal trio's corporate entity, Jonas Brothers Enterprises, has been targeted in lawsuit filed Monday by a woman who says she ended up traumatized after being caught up in a crush of fans at a free JoBros concert at the Grove in L.A. close to three years ago.

Ashleigh Johnson sued the band and the owner of the venue for negligence, claiming that both parties knew a large number of people -- including many minors -- would show up, and that proper security measures were not in place at the packed outdoor shopping mall.

"Married to Jonas" second season will follow the JoBros on tour

Johnson claims she suffered "severe injury to her body and shock to her nervous system" after being pinned against a fence, as well as "great mental ... and nervous pain."

She is asking for unspecified damage from the JoBros and Caruso Management Co.

Reps for the defendants have not yet responded to the suit.

Jonas Brothers reunite for new album, announce single live concert date

    By Randee Dawn, TODAY contributor

How did fans go for three years without a unified Jonas Brothers project to squeal over? Well, as of Monday their wait was over: Kevin, Joe and Nick announced on the TODAY plaza that they will play Radio City Music Hall for a single night on Oct. 11, and they confirmed they're working on their first album together in three years.

"The time was so right for us," said Nick, "because we fulfilled things we wanted do on our own, came back together ... it felt like the right time in our lives, as well."

The brothers have kept busy. Kevin stars with his wife Danielle on E!'s "Married to Jonas," Joe has a solo album and a CW network reality competition series, "The Next," and Nick has also released his own solo album while starring on Broadway in "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying."

And while their single live show will be the only one in the U.S. this year, Nick promised: "It's not a final show -- it's the first of many to come."

Check out what else they had to say in the video.
