Maxim has unveiled its annual list of the world's 100 most beautiful women. For the first time, the magazine says it let readers weigh in -- which may explain Stephen Colbert's placement at number 69 on the list.

Bar Refaeli, the Israeli supermodel who once dated Leonardo DiCaprio, tops the list of top hotties. Olivia Munn, Mila Kunis, Katy Perry and Olivia Wilde follow to round out the five best.

A few notables (other than Colbert) among the models and actresses on the list: USA soccer star Alex Morgan at 66; sister to royalty Pippa Middleton at 81; "Family Guy" cartoon character Lois Griffin at 85; and one-time murder suspect Amanda Knox at 92.

Refaeli, 26, was the 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover model. She dated DiCaprio from November 2005 until June 2009. Actress Blake Lively, another Leo ex, makes the list at No. 13.
